I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the ongoing issue with the TenX Prime PAMM Investor Login Page, which has been inaccessible since 2 October 2025. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access my account through the official portal.
As an active PAMM investor with your platform, this situation is deeply troubling, as it raises significant uncertainty about the security and accessibility of our invested funds. To date, there has been no official notice, explanation, or communication from your side regarding the cause of this outage or the measures being taken to resolve it.
